1. Begin with a Balinese Healer
Your journey begins with a private session with a traditional Balinese healer. Using time-honored techniques, the healer works to restore balance within your energy, helping to release emotional weight, tension, and inner blockages.
2. Chakra Reading & Energy Healing
In a quiet Balinese home, your energy is gently assessed through a chakra reading. You will gain insight into what feels balanced, what may be blocked, and where your energy needs support, followed by a guided healing session.
3. Purification Before Creation
With this new awareness, you will take part in a simple yet sacred purification ritual with holy water. This traditional practice is believed to cleanse the body and mind, releasing stagnant energy and preparing you for the next step.
4. Create Your Personal Mala
Using Rudraksha seeds and stones selected from your chakra reading, you will create your own 108-bead mala, a personal object of intention to carry with you beyond Bali.
5. Lunch in a Balinese Home
Conclude the day with a traditional lunch in a Balinese home. This is part of the experience itself, shared with the family who hosts your chakra session and mala creation.
